Meditation and Yoga

My coaching incorporates core principles of personal development from the practices of meditation and yoga. My own yogic journey has been intense, taking me through five vipassana silent meditation courses, yoga teacher training and a week spent living in pitch black isolation for meditation through sensory deprivation. It has been a life-changing journey so far and daily meditation practice has become a life essential.
