Meditation and Yoga

My coaching incorporates core principles of personal development from the practices of meditation and yoga. My own yogic journey has been intense, including five vipassana silent meditation courses and 220 hour yoga teacher training.

 

I've also explored deeper levels of consciousness through sensory deprivation, spending a week living in pitch black silent solitary confinement in 2018 and a further 10 days living in pitch black isolation in 2020. It has been a life-changing journey so far and daily meditation and yoga practice has become a life essential.
